Mr. Boonsong Teriyapirom, the deputy Finance Minister, announced the first car policy, in which Mr. Pongpanu Svetrarundra, the director general of the Excise Department, also joined the announcement, at Vayupak 1 Meeting Room, Ministry of Finance, September 14 2011.

Mr. Boonsong Teriyapirom, the deputy Finance Minister, presided over the meeting on first car policy, in which Mr. Wimon Janjirawuttikul, Vice Minister of Finance, Mrs. Benja Luisecharoen, the deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance, Mr. Rangsan Srivorasart, the director general of the Comptroller General’s Department, and Mr. Pongpanu Svetrarunda, the director general of the Excise Department, also joined the meeting, at Vayupak 1 Meeting Room, Ministry of Finance, September 14 2011.
